Talking about rules

This my first grammar lesson. Maybe this is not the best lesson in the world, but it is a challenger.

Today I am going to talking abuot rules. There are things witch I do not have choice in. That is a rule. I can use have to grammar estructure to talk abuor this rules. Of course I also use dot not have there is not obligation to do something.
